"Horrible shaping and she cut and scraped my actual nails and skin. My nails are still stinging. My nails are blocky and big when I asked for short square acrylics. And the workers there talk about their customers either in Spanish or when they leave. Do not recommend. Reply: this happened yesterday. And yes I’d appreciate a refund because I had to go to another place to fix it."
"I went here for the first time and while the woman who did my pedicure did a nice job. Ladies are nice. My gel manicure the polish chipped three nails shortly after I left. Nails were filed down and clipped too much. I’m disappointed and would like it fixed as soon as possible. I paid good money for a simple service. I should not have to go elsewhere to pay for a color change."
