"******IF ZERO STARS WERE POSSIBLE THIS IS WHAT I WOULD GIVE TO THIS INCOMPETENT LAW FIRM. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SOMEONE COMPETENT. We had a very simple case to be let out of our lease early because our landlord was not providing a safe living environment for us. We had in WRITING from our landlord’s attorney that he would let us out of our lease. We hired CG SONG LAW FIRM because we wanted our move out date agreed upon and we wanted a SIGNED release from our landlord saying he holds nothing against us. Our initial phone consultation was with Danny. We went to the office at a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH DANNY, who decided to leave before we got there and have “BOB” fill in for him. NEVER were we told that BOB would actually be handling this case for us and not DANNY. IF we were told that during this meeting, I would have walked out immediately. So we paid the fee and waited for DANNY to get going with us. Come to find out that BOB was “handling” the case not Danny. I put that in QUOTES because he did NOTHING, Absolutely NOTHING. We send huge amounts of email and video proof at this law firm’s request, and NO ONE LOOKED AT ANY OF IT. All we needed was November 15, 2023, to be agreed upon as our move out date and a signed release from the landlord. I DID EVERYTHING. I had to continually take time out of MY day to negotiate with our landlord through “BOB”. All he did was go tell the other party what we said, he did not fight for us and barely represented us at all. We moved out on November 15, 2023, and our landlord said that day he would sign the release and get it to us that day. THIS WAS ON NOVEMBER 15th. We signed our release, which by the way the LANDLORDS attorney drew up, not BOB/ CG SONG LAW FIRM as they should have. Here it is I am writing this review on Friday, December 29, 2023, AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SIGNED RELEASE FROM THE LANDLORD. I just called and no one acknowledges the calls. We signed our Release promptly and sent it to CGSong lawfirm and almost two weeks after we sent it to BOB we had to keep following up as to why we heard nothing. We then find out that BOB did NOT even read our email that we sent to him with our release attached. To Make matters even worse, now CG SONG LAW FIRM IGNORES OUR CALLS. I am so furious that this firm has done nothing at all for us that I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I AM GOING TO REPORT ALL OF THIS TO THE BBB. At all costs DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, pay a little more and look elsewhere for someone competent."

"CG Song Law Firm was very persistent with calling for my business. I had a consultation with Danny, initially about my security deposit. It eventually turned into a suit for more money, which turned out unfavorable all around for me. Once I paid $3000, for him to take on the case, he appointed an associate whose approach was too laid back, and lackluster. I thought Danny would be representing me with the energy he displayed on our initial conversations. I built all evidence for the case, they really didn’t do anything but filed paper work, which I could have done myself. When the court date came, Bob the attorney whom Danny appointed, came with incomplete documentation, didn’t present a lot of exhibits to the court, declined to cross examine an employee for the defendant, and bypassed that I had another tenant willing to testify. We had a discussion regarding a refund, but now of course its ignored communication. it wasn’t the court’s decision that I have an issue, but its CG Song Law firm performance and preparedness. I definitely would not recommend their services."
