"I've gone here a few times and they do a good job on their actual nail services, but the last time I went they either overbooked or took too many walk ins and my nail tech stopped my gel manicure in the middle to do another person's nails. I hoped it was a one time fluke because it was the week of Christmas. I called and made an appointment late last week for this morning and when I arrived, the shop was closed. I didn't get a phone call to reschedule or tell me they were going to be closed and there wasn't a sign on the door or anything. The nail techs are great and do a nice job but after my last 2 experiences I'll be finding a new nail place."
