“Our roof was approximately 30 years old. In the last four years, we began to see pieces of our shingles around the house after every fierce rain storm. The roof was beginning to fail. We gathered and reviewed the bids of three roof contractors. At our initial meeting, Marc from Prestige Works NJ LLC was cordial and informative. He told us the options and gave us his company's bid. While walking him around our home, Marc pointed out an error in how the previous contractor had installed the flashing on our roof decades ago. I understood what he meant and was impressed that he was looking to closely follow "best practices" in his work and not cut corners. All the contractors' bids were competitive. The choice was down to the type of shingle each contractor installed. There are significant differences between shingle manufacturers. In my research, I found that Owens Corning Duration was the best option for my home at my price point. If the contractor followed the OC system and used OC components, the roof installation would be relatively bulletproof for decades. Prestige Works NJ LLC is an Owens Corning preferred contractor. We hired Prestige Works later that week. Marc, Goro, Toros, and their team were prompt (actually early!), prepared, and ready for action. They did a fantastic job. If you stay home during construction, be warned—it will sound like a war zone! Prestige covered the home in giant two-story tarps, and a group of workers quickly demolished and replaced the shingles. Upon completion of the project, the team left my yard spotless. I couldn't be happier. My new roof looks fantastic.”

“It's a very straightforward transaction, and the owner doesn't complicate things. Very nice and helpful. You drop off your doors or whatever wood pieces you want stripped, he gives you a quote. You get a phone call a few weeks later to pick up and pay cash or check. I've done a fair amount of paint stripping, chemical, heat guns, infrared. If you can get the pieces that need to be stripped to Dip n Strip, It's absolutely worth it.”

“I don know if this is the construction people working on Clinton place bu if it is, hire better and nicer construction workers. earlier today I picked up my daughter from her school, I had to walk past clinton place in Hackensack NJ to get to my house. then my daughter accidently walked in the cement after she walked through it. One of the guys started screaming at her. Asking whats wrong with her and calling her names. Then he pulled her into the street and she started crying all the way home. I still can get her to stop crying.”
