"Capital Car Wash has been around forever. I remember going there with my brother back in the late 60's early 70's. I had been going to another car wash and was constantly complaining to a friend about the service when she suggested Capital Car Wash. I told her I had forgotten all about that place. I decided to give it a try and I must say, what a huge difference. They take time to give you the service that you chose and I am always satisfied when I leave. It may take a little longer than the other place that gave substandard service, but the wait is worth it. Just make sure you are not in a hurry when you go and if you plan to frequent the car wash, it is cheaper to get a plan. I like Capital Car Wash."

"Just had my car washed and hands down a superb experience! Bought the Silver package and the team spent more time cleaning the inside of the car after the wash than the car spent in the wash/wax procedure. They vacuumed the interior and cleaned the inside and outside windows, dashboard, and door arm rests. I'll be back soon and I highly recommend Capital Car Wash for anyone looking for a quality wash/wax at a very reasonable price."

"It seems the day I went (a Monday) they were short on employees. My vehicle was poorly washed and not dryed well at all my floor matts were stacked up on the passenger side floor and my wheels were still wet and dirty. There was a customer ranting & raving to speak to a manager about an item that was (allegedly stolen from his vehicle) a manager never appeared in the 15 minutes that I was present waiting for my car causing a thick cloud of tension among the other customer who were also waiting for their vehicles. I use to come here often I've since found another car wash to clean my vehicle that has better customer service"

"Excellent thorough job, hard working crew, and a good value for your money. Tip them well, please. There aren’t too many car washes in the area that do interior for you, so I found Capitol in a Google search and decided to try them out even if it was a little bit out of my way, since my dirty minivan needed extra attention. I got the full service which includes basic interior cleaning, to get a benchmark. They exceeded my expectations! They were adequately staffed so the line moved quickly but they really took time on my vehicle to get the job done well, but moved efficiently. They did a great job communicating some special instructions to each other, and the team worked so hard and got everything super clean. They were so thorough, removing mats, vacuuming and washing them down, and vacuuming and wiping every surface, edge and corner. I was impressed by the results, as well as their attitude and their work ethic. I gave them a nice tip and wished I could give more, so I’ll be back and be prepared to tip even bigger next time. Definitely worth recommending and my repeat business."
