"I received three crowns from Dr. Puccio. Unfortunately, none of them were created appropriately. Dr. Puccio performed 3-dimensional measurements. It's a good thing it is quick so that he can slam another crown in your mouth within a few hours in one visit. Bad things, no impressions have been taken. The crowns are so much different from my natural teeth, which are diverse in form and size. All crowns are too big, pressing on my gum and causing swelling and inflammation around them. I came multiple times to the office, telling him that it was painful and it didn’t work well. However, he is a doctor who knows it all; he determines whether you have pain, telling me it can’t hurt; it sits perfectly. Insurance pays every five years for the same crown, so living with my pain, I’m just now able to replace them, which causes additional time, money, and pain. It is incredible since the office staff tries to take multiple X-rays at every visit and pictures of every one of your teeth, sticking a camera in my mouth, but never using them to recreate a similar form of the tooth?! And if you say you don’t want to take all X-rays every time you come to the office for cleaning, they get offended and show it to you. I could think it is me being sensitive. My husband had the same issue; lucky him, he got only one crown, which he also had to replace because of the pain it caused him. Dr. Puccio is interested in one thing only, put as many crowns in your mouth as he can and make his money quick. That is a horrible experience!"
