"First time customer with State Plaza Cleaners. I usually drop my clothes at a dry cleaners in the city but decided to go here due to the close proximity to my house. Saw it was highly rated, so I decided it must be worth a try. After picking up my clothes though, it will be my last time going to this dry cleaners. Paid $36 dollars for several pieces that were left with a mysterious blue residue on my wife’s clothing, as well as my khaki pants for work. I would’ve appreciated some transparency when picking these up if a mistake had occurred when cleaning our clothes. Incredibly unprofessional to not tell me anything while paying full price for damaged pieces that was done under the supervision of the dry cleaners. Update: I returned to the Dry Cleaners to point out the mistake on the articles of clothing. The owner did not waste one second, and apologized for the issue. He took the articles of clothing to be redone. Picked it up after a couple of days. Most of the clothes had that blue stain removed with the exception of my wife’s skirt. Happy to see that they tried to help me out as much as possible."
