"My daughter loved it here. I however felt like we were given the cold shoulder all the time which made me feel like they didn't like my child. Which then made me worry about how she was being treated. The lack of communication is huge here which is why I felt this way. Communication is big especially when dealing with someone else's child. I always felt like my daughter and I were left out, I never knew what was going on with what and when. It was always a struggle just to get a simple answer to a simple question. I never knew who to ask and would have to ask multiple people and still couldn't get a solid answer. People need to feel welcome and always in the loop to feel great about leaving their kids with other people. Thankfully we only went a few days a week."
"A bad experience with a previous day care brought us to Lil Prodigy and I am so thankful that it turned out this way. They have been amazing in so many ways. My little girl is doing so much better and I feel so comfortable having her there. They are so willing to work with us even with unexpected work schedule changes. I highly recommend them and feel it is a blessing that we were in need of a new day care and found them."
