"My car was just cleaned a few days before, hand cleaned, but got pollen all over it while parked at local business, so decided to go through the touch-less wash. Horrible! Keep in mind, my car was just cleaned two days prior, besides pollen, it was clean. The touch-less wash made it worse. Didn't get all the pollen off and the dryer, even sat there through the entire 30 second dry time, left the sides and rear full of water. And the water spots, don't get me started. We have a brand new BMW, so our paint is not aged, weathered, or abused, but this so called spot free rinse did nothing but spot. My glass was filled with water spots, and the paint, black, covered in dried white water marks. Had to polish spots out. Horrible. Don't claim spot free if all the customer gets is spots! Jokes on us for believing we just really needed a quick rinse since the car was recently cleaned and instead we got a dirtier car. Just wow! Would not recommend."
"I used the self service wash. Everything worked as it should. I know it's hard to believe, but I used the gate/door to the right when pulling in. Well, second the the last on the right bc the last one is a drive thru thing. But every nozzle and spray worked flawlessly! Definitely returning."
"I usually love going here but the other day I went to wash my jeep and I used the foam brush. I drove home and saw there are now scratches all over it! I guess there was something in the foam brush or it’s old Im not sure what but now I have to buff my whole jeep."
"Came to vacuum car. Put $10.00 in changeachone. It spit out ONE quarter then the out of service light came on. There is NO contact number to call!!!! Number is disconnected. Thieves!"
"Don't use the automatic car wash. I went there today the machine barely sprayed my car with soap. Something definitely wrong with machine and has been for awhile. Then when I pull out I realize the whole top of my car has soap on it. On my way to another car wash now."
