If a student decides to discontinue lessons after the first class, they can receive a refund within three days, minus the cost of the first lesson. If discontinuing at any other time, the money will be held in an account for future use within a year. Advance notice is required for cancellations, with no cancellations allowed when there are less than 4 weeks left in the quarter.
