"I recently visited this location on 12/6 to have some testing done, from the moment I walked in the staff was very attentive & very nice especially the woman with the red hair. I was called in fairly quickly after completing the intake forms. My nurse was so kind & very informative on everything she was doing. I was in & out in less than an hour, I will be going back to this location for future services."

"I talk to the office manager, she didn’t seem to care, I can’t imagine people going here for an actual problem The lady at the front desk has a very rude and ignorant attitude. She has reddish- brunette hair. I walked and she said name?!? I said hi I started saying my last name is … because most doctors offices prefer that, (btw I’m a professional in the medical field.) She replied so rudely starting with a sigh,”your first name!” I said my name she rolled her eyes passed me a red paper and said fill this out, I said oh am I not on the list for an appointment because she rolled her eyes, she answered confrontational, “um, yeah that’s why I'm giving you the paper.” I thought of telling how rude she was but I let it go. I sat down filled my sheet out and then handed it in. 10 mins later she called my name but pronounced it wrong, so I looked at her because I thought she was as trying to say my name but wasn’t’t sure. She looks me in the eye and says, “yeah, you! Come on.” When I get up to the window I say, “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you.” She hands me a tablet to fill out more information, as I’m reaching to get the tablet, I push the window panel back slightly approximately 1 inch maybe. And she sighs again and says don’t touch my window! I ignored her awful behavior again. I filled out my information and told her when I handed it in, “hey you pronounced my name wrong, that’s why I wasn’t sure also there is no sign here that says not to touch the window, you could have said that nicer.” Her response was, “whatever” followed with an eye roll again. Her attitude is so miserable and beyond mean! She does not know how to treat people with respect and comes off as if she’s better than others."

"First, I'd just like to put it out there that every visit I have ever had at this clinic, has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are always so kind and accommodating, and always make me feel safe and comfortable no matter the reason for my visit. Today, I had to go back to the clinic as a walk in, and I was on a serious time crunch. The staff worked with the time I had and got me in and out in a flash. Two wonderful women in particular Mary and Cindy I believe their names were, made my day. They were so sweet, and worked their hardest to get me in and out of the clinic in a timely fashion so that I wouldn't be late to a train I had to catch within the hour. Thank you to them, and please give them the recognition and praise they deserve!! ♡"

"DO NOT GO....The worst place to go. The staff attitude is on the next level. No one will be there still they will ask you to wait for 2 hours. While the staff is just sitting and chatting. They expect you to tell them what tests you want to do as if you are the doctor and know everything. if you have an insurance do not give them. It is free they charge insurance for nothing. You will have to follow-up for the test results they will not reach out to you even if there is something there to be reported immediately. Since it's the only place in the area they dominate."
