"I used to go to the Branch in Evansville IN and when they closed I really missed it. I have kept up with my account and started saving for my adopted daughter's future. I usually put in 50$ a week so hopefully, she will have a college fund when the time comes."

"The worst bank I've owned. Full of control freaks, I have no freedom in this bank without an issue. To the simple task, like purchasing Nintendo Online, this bank will say "Fraud" and will hold your account. On another thing, they're so slow to adapt newer trends like Google Pay, and Apple Pay till recently. Custom service also sucks, I'm trying to regain access to my account online but it's linked to my phone number, and there's of them can do nothing about it. I'm taking out all money to a better bank that suits my needs."

"I have been a member of the BMSFCU since 1997. The credit union is family! Although I have never met the staff in person I know them well. I can call with any issue and it will be resolved immediately. When my account was hacked they were able to get my money back and resolve the issue quickly. When I travel (and when I am local) I know my account is safe. My daughters are also members. I highly recommend BMSFCU."
