"Impossible to set an appointment online.the directions just have you running in circles. Impossible to speak with a live person. Went to another imagining facility."

"Absolutely Incompetent! Was in horrible pain and needed a CAT scan back in early Nov, made an appt online, showed up for appt when they told me that I didn't take the Barium liquid. They tried to blame me for making the appt for the wrong test. I had to show them that their computer program was making the mistake! In addition, their people should have reviewed my doctor's orders vs what the system said. Had to cancel the appt. Pain went away, so I did not reschedule. A month later, pain returned, made another appt, picked up the Barium for today, Friday and they waited until this afternoon to tell me that the blood test I had 2 months ago could not be used and I needed to take another by Monday. Don't know how they stay open!"

"The Receptionist was pleasant and . The Technician was friendly and caring, accurate and assisted me by taking care to do my Dex Scan on the same day and cancelling the appointment that was on a future date, saving me another trip."

"Had an appointment today for x-rays. Unfortunately because I can't stand up they were unable to do the x-ray because the machine they use couldn't accommodate my disability. Dawn, from University Radiology, tried to contact my doctor to see if they would accept a different view and x-ray type. She worked on this issue for more than 2 hours and Unfortunately wasn't able to get a resolution. She Unfortunately can only work with the equipment she was given. I don't fault her for not having equipment that was adaptable to the situation. This situation could have been avoided if I was able to make my appointment over the phone instead of having to use an online portal, I could have given the staff more information and been able to better express my needs. I would have known that the facility was unable to meet my needs and I would have been able to ask if any of the other offices had the necessary type of equipment to accommodate my disability and still get the necessary Radiology studies done. In the past at numerous University Radiology offices, the Radiology technicians have gone to great lengths to accomplish the Radiology studies my doctor prescribed. Today was not about a technicians inability to adapt to the situation, it was about not having the right equipment necessary to get the job done. Dawn should be commended for her efforts and outstanding customer service at the Monroe Township University Radiology office location. This was a failure of technology not being adaptable to the situation. I was clear in my patient screening questions in providing information about my disability and my physical limitations but that information apparently conveyed to Dawn and nobody who took the information that I provided online was able to determine ahead of time that my doctors prescription for specific Radiology studies weren't able to be completed. I was never made aware that only certain facilities have certain pieces of radiological technology and that certain facilities could not meet my needs and disability related accommodations."

"I have been using University Radiology for years and have always been satisfied. I am a cancer survivor and went for a mammography and everything was fine both with the radiologist and with my surgeon. This all happened last week. I got a phone call yesterday telling me to call to schedule an appt .needless to say I was very upset. I called and was told it was an error due to computer issue. I was relieved until I got the same call today. I called today and spoke to Colby, very nice, she is with customer service, and said she straightened it out. A few hours later I got a text about my upcoming appt.in Oct., which I have none, and to call about my prep. I cannot believe this should be happening . I really have to think about returning to this office in March when I am due ."
