"They had 3 tellers standing around staring at a screen. The one teller told me to wait that I have to 30 minutes before he can help me to print out a new debit card. I’m now trying to call them but no one is answering the phone. There’s always an issue at this bank."
"I went into the branch on 2/20 for a verification letter. This letter was supposed to be mailed to me. Here it is 3/10 and I still have no received it. After getting a bit irate with Supervisor Juan. To find out what is going on today. And magically the verification has been ready and available since 2/22. Juan never called me back and had another representative call me back. Who was a bit more down to earth and sympathetic of the Situation. Branch manager Ronnie has still not contacted me at this point. And since figuring it out I am still waiting for him to email it to me. They called me at 3:38 and it is now 4:18. 40 minutes and still have not sent the email. Overall bad costumer service and poor leadership of this branch. The excuse for no one knowing of the verification was because the associate was off on 2/22 and did not forward or inform anyone of the verification they received. Also they get a lot of emails. Again this speaks to the leadership inside the branch."
"I did'nt expect to see such bad reviews for this branch..?? I only dealt with the store manager Ronnie Ramirez, and he was the most helpful employee I ever dealt with, in any TD branch I've gone to. Every other TD branch in the area has had the worst customer service I've ever seen. I can't beleive TD allows this to happen. If you wan't good service, go see Ronnie Ramirez.. I was SHOCKED, at how helpfull he was.. SHOCKED!!!!"
