"The front office staff was pleasant and helpful. The wait was just a few mins. The nurse and teacher so kind and very professional. They made me feel comfortable and were thorough in their first assessments. I saw Dr. Jared Smith during my recent urgent care visit. I was having severe ear pain, dizziness and a low grade fever. I have ruptured my eardrum before so l knew this was a possibility. Dr Smith was so thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel rushed through my visit. He was able to give me clear and concise instructions for the application of the medication I needed and explained everything in a way I understood. He told me how I should expect to feel and things to look out for. Great experience!"

"Had nothing but a positive experience here. Front end staff was kind, was in and out quickly for an urgent care. Dr cosenza was quick and to the point. Explained everything to me and provided a packet at the end explaining our visit and instructions for medication. I am very hesitant with urgent cares but was pleasantly surprised and will most certainly be back for the last minute visits when sickness hits. Very grateful to have this in the town I live in."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Went in on a Sat evening due to an expanding rash on my sons face starting to affect his eye. We were in and out, under an hour with what we needed. Front desk staff were super , nurse was kind. The doctor was intelligent , kind (great bedside manner) and really related to my son. It was overall a great visit. I will say you definitely need to add a little color to the walls though."
