"I’ve been living at this property for close to five years now and have never had a problem! A lot of things (the exterior of building) have been getting renovated and I’m loving it! Maintenance is always quick and efficient with repairs but what I love the most is that it’s dog friendly which for some reason is hard to come by in Toms River"
"I have lived at Emerald Apartments for 6 years now in two different apartments (we transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom). The complex is safe and the staff are great. Jolene is always pleasant and very helpful. She makes sure that things get done around the complex. The maintenance staff are quick in getting work orders done, usually within 24 hours."
"I live in Emerald Apartments and just love it here. Its very clean when I moved into my apartment Betsy and Jolene were very helpful and sweet. They told me before moving in to go and check the apartment to make sure it was good and if there was anything wrong just to inform them. Betsy and Jolene are sweethearts and they strive to always make sure the tenants are happy. Thank you ladies for all the hard work you do :)"
"My mother lived in Emerald Apartments for a few years and we had no problems. Jolene was always helpful with my mother. Now I am moving into an apartment there. Jolene has been amazing helping me with the entire process. She is always there to answer any questions. The apartment was also very clean."
"I have been living here for 5 years. The manager Jolene has always been very helpful ad attentive to any concerns or issues I have had. The maintenance supervisor John has always addressed any apartment issues quickly, I had a few apartment issues being here and they were addressed quickly and repaired properly. The area is good and I approve of background checks for new tenants so I feel that my family is in a safer area cause of it."
