"I had a procedure done there and got several bills from them all of which i paid. Approximately 18 months later, I got a bill for almost $2000. In this time, I switched insurance so i had no idea about my benefits and they could not tell me why i was getting that bill. Now, its on to a credit report and i have no other recourse"

"I would like to say that I had the best experience today. I was taken care of immediately. The front desk tech was very nice. Kat took great care of me and it meant a lot to me that she’s understanding of my condition and just wants to take care of me quickly, get me feeling better and on my way home. She’s been there a couple times when I’ve had to come to the ER and she’s always taken great care of me!"

"i went there for (what wasn’t known to be yet) an inflamed appendix, and had a blonde triage nurse close the door in my face. the majority of the staff is very rude and disrespectful, not only towards patients but towards each other. the nurses feel as if they’re entitled to everyone’s respect, yet they do most of the work and don’t get a surgeons pay, so i don’t think they should be the ones talking nor demanding respect when their medical degree gets them nothing but a horrible salary and attitude problems. the way they treat their transport is terrible, calling him names when he’s the one doing what they are too incompetent to do. no wonder no one wants to work for you, and everyone goes there expecting a death sentence since their staff lack the social skills and empathy to properly treat patients."

"This by far has to be the worst hospital because of how disrespectful most of the doctors are.. aren’t they supposed to be professional? How does management consistently allow those Doctors to talk down and treat the nurses disrespectfully.. talk down to them in front of patients , treating them like they are nothing, but without the nurses, the job wouldn’t be done ! How the seasoned nurses also mistreat the new nurses. Management does not care , and you wonder why you are short staffed.. I really hope inspira steps in and cleans house ..I’m sure if management would actually listen to the nurses concerns (new nurses) they would find out why no one wants to work there. They are the future of the hospital, but you as managers, sit back and allow all of this to go on.. Those doctors are so disrespectful even to some patients.. The nurse director needs to do her job and managers on the floors, needs to step in and help out the nurses.. This is unacceptable.. unprofessional and just down right wrong.. someone needs to step in and help , or you will never be able to keep you’re nurses happy and you will never be able to keep employees.. you have almost the same response for every negative review for all inspira hospitals.. truth be told, you won’t do anything about it! How about you send someone to investigate how you’re new employees are being treated by their own peers.. and won’t you address those rude doctors you hire that mistreat us patients and the nurses, newly hired nurses to be exact. I’ve seen it with my own two eyes.. I feel really bad for them girls. Lazy older nurses are the ones you need to get rid of… How bout you personally go in and meet your new employees and patients and you will definitely out all you need to know , I’m sure of it . Inspira I know you just took over this trashy hospital, but it’s a lot of stuff going on in there. I’ve been at that hospital several times in the past 4 years and I’ve seen a lot. Please look out for you’re newer staff and all the patients,,. They are being mistreated.. They are really crying on the job, a really hostile work environment"
