"Dentist is good staff very nasty. I left because after 30ty years of making payments the new owners didn’t do that which I understand that is their policy. So I went to another dentist who was very good but after a year he is leaving that dental office & moving to a new location. So I figured I just go back to this dentist. When I called & try to make an appointment and told the lady who I was the attitude started. Maybe because I left & now I want to come back. So I started telling her that I wanted to come back because the other Dentist will be leaving. I told her that I did have a minor toothache, and that the other dentist said I may need a root canal in which she responded we do not do specialty root canal. I told her who said it’s a specialty root canal. I told her I’ve had root canals with her dentist in the past, and that I just want to come in & have your dentist check me out and we’ll go from there. Again she responded we do not do specialty root canals with an attitude. I told her let’s just make an appointment and will go from there. She tells me I can’t get you in for 2 to 3 weeks. At that point I just told her I guess you just don’t want my business and I will look elsewhere. It’s easy to turn business away when you are an employee but when you are the owner I don’t think they would be happy losing any type of business. Ronald H."

"The people here are extremely rude. I recently got work done here and was still experiencing pain and I came back to get another doctors note and they made me wait 15+ minutes just to speak to someone. There is a middle aged caucasian lady with glasses who fought with me for about 10+ minutes refusing to give me a note and told me to return back to work in pain and discomfort. She said that it is normal and I should be able to work through the pain. The staff is rude and dismissive. I would never come back to this place and would rather be in pain then coming back to this practice."

"Dr. Liu, is a friendly young vibrant professional. She is extremely accommodating to patient needs and concerns. She and her staff are also extra gentle and understanding. They also work with me on dental procedure options and scheduling. I am usually an apprehensive dental patient, but Dr. Liu always puts my mind at ease. I actually enjoy going to see her! She does exceptional work and I never feel rushed. Dr. Liu, makes sure that I am comfortable with the work provided prior to me leaving her office. This type of Dental customer service is so very hard to come by these days. I would not hesitate to see, Dr. Liu if I were you; you will not be at all disappointed."
