"First time going there and most definitely will be the last time. When I first got to the location I made sure I was present and was repeatedly saying “excuse me ma’am” six times, as she was scrolling through Instagram. It gets better than that… these people are so over priced. Charge an insane amount just for doing one of 3 taxes and even lied saying she gave a quote before we started. She also refused to do my other two after another customer had arrived. She told me to come on the day when taxes were over. Honestly better to do your taxes on TurboTax or H&R Block. Hire more professionals Jackson isn’t looking good for you"
