"Dr. Paschalidis is the most amazing doctor and care provider. I can't sing her praises enough. Her office is clean and orderly. The wait time is basically non-existent- your time is valued and you are never left waiting. Her nurses and receptionist are so friendly and polite. The whole staff is quick to respond to messages and calls. The doctor really shows empathy and a gentle bedside manner. I had an emergency incident one day at her office and she and her staff RUSHED to my side and made sure I got to the hospital safely. 5 star doctor, staff, and office all around. Thank you Dr. Paschalidis! Please never retire lol"

"How unprofessional. If you feel like waiting over an hour to be seen then go ahead and go hear. When I walked in I saw the waiting room packed. And one patient next to meet said she arrived at one and it was 3:15 and she still wasn’t seen. Hearing that I politely asked the receptionist are you running behind. If so I will just come back another time. She insisted they were not behind. 45 min later no answer as to why I was still waiting even though I showed up early to my appointment. They could have been honest that they had an entirely full office with only two doctors. Never again."
