"(Respoding to a response given almost a year ago from this Veterinarian ) The decision to change my rating was not because of a heartworm and flea/tick preventative prescription denial. I had already chosen to switch veterinarian care many months prior, but the denial served as a reminder to leave an appropriate rating. I'm not going to leave a detailed review of the multiple negative experiences I experienced at your practice. ((Ridiculous covid protocols that the state of NJ had ended months earlier, emotional outbursts by employees, 45-60 minute waits past appt. times (in a vehicle,) etc...)) I believe that would be unfair to publicly shame anyone in your field, as veterinarian care is equally unique and specific as a MD-to-patient experience may be. My rating is just that...an ONLINE rating. You may be the perfect fit for other pet owners. There are however, other options available that would suit some prospective clients MUCH better. Your responses to criticism say enough about you as an individual and veterinarian. Best of luck with your practice."

"My pup BAILY has been going to Dr Jen since they opened! When BAILY ripped off her nail to the bed, Dr Jen said let’s treat and give it more time to heal, another vet would have cut the remainder off!! We waited and sure enough it started to grow back. BAILY loves the entire staff there!!!"

"I have been coming here from when Bayberry first opened, this was after my doctor of 30 years retired, so making this move was difficult after being with someone for 30 years, that I loved and trusted. I made the right choice. I couldn’t be happier with Bayberry. It’s clear, that Dr. Thomas isn’t in this profession for the money. She takes each case personal and goes above and beyond to treat each animal that comes in as if it were her own. I did not price shop when making the decision to come here, yet I have found their fees to be affordable and actually be much lower than most of my friends pay at their veterinarian hospitals. Dr. Thomas , keeps it affordable, without sacrificing the care given. As a sole practitioner, Dr. Thomas and her staff put in a lot of hours and try to accommodate their patients. As busy as they are, they take their time and don’t rush. I really don’t think that you could find a more caring practice and I have sent many of my friends here who have been just as happy with the care."
