Anderson's Country Store

"The food is delicious and I recently discovered the hot roast beef sub and was looking forward to having one for dinner however, they close at 8:00pm and I called at 7:03 pm to order one and was told that the grill was “off” and did I want a cold sub? Ummm-NO! I don’t understand why they have to turn of their grill an hour before closing and I don’t understand why they won’t allow people to order what they offer on the menu until 7:45 ish and turn off the grill when they actually close at 8:00pm. It’s ridiculous and a very poor business practice. I’ve been buying sandwiches from Anderson’s for 32 years and they couldn’t make me a hot sandwich because I called 3 minutes after 7:00!? I think I’m done being loyal since they certainly aren’t concerned about being loyal and accommodating to lifetime customers over 3 lousy minutes…I’m done."

"Great little country store tucked away in God's Country. I liked the store, the woman behind the counter, $10.44 after tax and most of the roll. But the more I think about this cheesesteak; 1. it needed more cheese. 2. The mushrooms needed more grill time. 3. mushrooms and onions needed to be mixed with the meat and cheese better."

"Stopped by for breakfast. Got two breakfast sandwiches, one on whole wheat, ham egg and cheese, the other on a kaiser bacon egg and cheese. We both enjoyed our selections. Met Nate Anderson, a great conversationalist, super nice guy and patriot."
