"I spoke to the young abrasive man at the front desk taking calls today to inquire about a day pass for my family and he rudely said we don’t do that (in the worst tone)- without offering any other options… but I went on and inquired about a membership and he said the GM wasn’t there… as he huffed and puffed… then obviously I asked ‘when do you recommend I call?’ And without saying a word, he hung up the phone on me. Classless, rude, and unnecessary. Never again."

Carol Rosin's grandson is asking, hope you guys are O.K. because It would be a tragedy if there's any permanent damage to what has remained consistent for many decades. PLEASE get back to me. LOVE from Paul David Fenz (Paolo) we went almost every summer from '72-'81. If all is O.K. I give you guys an EXCELLENT rating"
