"Dr Roy in person is a phenomenal Doctor. He is kind, patient, and empathetic. Where I have an issue is when you are not being seen face to face. I have had issues on multiple occasions in getting a response to MyChart mails that have been sent or explanations of doctors results. Whether getting no response or short and less than explanatory responses, this is always the case. He also has his nurses do the communication, so there is no ability for clarification or follow up. It’s unfortunate as being a Doctor means both in person and remote during the covid times we are currently living."
