"I wish I had been told to come in earlier to fill out all the information. It caused me to be late for my next appointment. To be perfectly honest, I was shocked by the cost: I have never paid that much for a cleaning and have NEVER been charged extra for an evaluation. Everyone one was very nice and the cleaning was good, but I doubt that I will be back."
