"Tom was recommended by a family friend who he had done various jobs for therefore we trusted that his work it be swift and well done. Unfortunately he took his payment which was more then half. He began the job and left it incomplete. He was supposed to repair our back steps and never came back, leaving his belongings behind. We’ve tried various times to communicate with him and he has been unresponsive. I would not recommend him! What a shame there was so much more work that I was willing to have him do if he would’ve shown to be reliable and committed."
