"so fortunato contacted me earlier this year asking if I'm considering selling our house. we weren't ready at the moment bc we're still in CA for our work assignment and won't be back in NJ until may of this year. he contacted me again a couple of months later, so I thought why not, let's see where this goes. we are travel nurses working in CA and come back to NJ only 3 times a year, which makes paying for mortgage & utilities a waste (as well as rent here in CA) while we're away on assignment. so fortunato came by early may, I showed him around the house & gave him the entire history of it under my ownership. let me tell you, he's very easy going, professional, had everything prepared for me, comps, trends, numbers breakdown & even a resume of his 15yr experience in real estate.
