"An update to my original review dated 03/16/2021. The water heater purchased less then 1 year ago stopped working in December 2021. When I called all American plumbing, as the water was still under warranty. I left 3 messages with the answering service. I never so much as received a call back. I find it very disappointing that a company I paid $1800 to for a water heater, could not have the decency to stand by their work and the product they installed. I feel this is a poor reflection of the TRUE INTEGRITY of a service company when there is an issue, they become unreachable. I ended up having the heater repaired by another plumber who did not charge for the broken gas line connector as it was still under warranty from the manufacturer."

"These guys were GREAT! I called them and they were able to not only do the job the next day, but their price was VERY REASONABLE (Less than the 2 other local estimates I got)! Moved here in Washington about 2 years ago. We needed a new water main shutoff valve in our basement because we could not turn ours. Taking no chances, I needed to know that if I was not home, my wife would be able to turn the water of in case of an emergency. DONE! To just have that piece of mind is priceless. They showed up when they said they would. Very professional and courteous. Great guys! Highly recommended! Now I know who to call for work in the future AND who I can recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"Several years ago Brian was referred to me by a friend. I called him and was impressed with his professionalism when he first came to give me an estimate. He initially installed a water softener and has done other work since. He arrived at the scheduled time and the install was done in a professional manner. One of the things that impressed me was how neat he was with the overall job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and associates."

"All American Plumbing has come out to my house in Stanhope several times now over the past 7 years and always does exceptional work. We needed to add a baseboard and add another zone of heat in the house and we were so happy with the results. All American Plumbing had come out because my oil line was clogged from the oil tank to the furnace, although I need a new line, which is expensive, Brian cleared the existing line to get me out of the woods for now. Brian and his crew had come out recently to change my expansion tank that was causing a leak. Brian was prompt in getting back to me and came out within 2 days. Brian, John, Wade and Chase are polite, professional and do a really fantastic job. I highly recommend All American Plumbing for all plumbing needs."

"I contacted Brian at All American Plumbing on a referral from a fellow contractor. I had the intention of starting a new business relationship with him to do plumbing work for my carpentry contracting company. After making initial contact I kept trying to get him to confirm the start date which was right before Christmas so it was important to verify scheduling so I could complete the project prior to the holiday. A number of texts to his cell and calls to the office answering service were never returned. I was very concerned I may have to hire someone else to complete the project. However, at the last minute, he confirmed. The work was completed satisfactorily and he was paid before leaving the project. I asked him to provide a receipt and copy of his insurance certificate to verify his insured status. It has been nearly 2 months and I have yet to receive the invoice or certificate. I have called numerous times and also texted. All unanswered. As a contractor, these are some of the easiest things to do. Email an invoice and call the insurance agent to provide a certificate. Needless to say, I will not be using him in the future. If you’re a contractor looking to hire him, good luck with communications as they are very poor. I would also, as a homeowner, be concerned of his insured status as he has yet to provide any documentation of insurance."
