"Needing a tow is not an everyday occurrence so how do you determine who to entrust with you car? A quick google search revealed Ricardo’s was local and had very good reviews. I called Sunday evening, the phone was answered by a real person, and we scheduled a pickup. Very attentive service. I received a call when they arrived to pick up the car but was in a meeting so could no come outside. No problem. I had left the keys in the car so they transported it to the repair shop. They sent several photos from the shop to confirm delivery. While I hope another tow is not in my future, I feel better knowing I have a company I can trust."

He immediately assured me he could help, but because it was 30 miles away, he couldn’t get my car until later that evening. Everything worked flawlessly from then on—I had a friend in Pa meet the driver, Chris at the car, who then sent pictures of the whole endeavor, including when it was safely unloaded at my local repair shop back in Hackettstown. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and professional experience. Highly recommended!"
