"This is my morning spot when I don't have time to make my own coffee, I live in Philly and I will stop here just because they have not once messed up my order. She always knows what I want and has it ready when she sees me in line, her husband makes the breakfast and I haven't had anything burnt. Coffee is always fresh, it's hard to find a Dunkin that isn't serving me burnt coffee. I love this particular shop"
"I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese and a coffee. The coffee was extremely hot and there were no sleeves available. I asked for an extra cup to cover it so I wouldn't burn my hand. The woman working told me I would have to pay for the cup. I reiterated that I was just trying to keep my hand from burning but she refused and told me to use napkins instead."
"Worst taste of a dunkin coffee ever ! Omg . No coffee.. it was just hot water . Not sure if they do fresh pots . Highly disappointed.. will never go back .. I tasted after coming out thinking it will be good . I didn’t have the patience to go back and ask the staff to taste their own coffee :) .."
