"Walked in to grab 4 Boxes of Joe on a cold and sad day (for funeral) a few before closing. Frank took my order quickly and received help by the two young ladies while working the drive thru. These 3 hustled so well together helping each other out. To my surprise, the manager Mike came back in as he was leaving (jacket and hat on) to bag up the milk/cups/ sugar , etc and brewed the first batch to support them. I LOVED seeing this kind of work happen at bigger chains. The people that work hard should get the Kudos they deserve. Well done DD crew. Frank, Kendra , Nicole and MGR Mike…. Thanks for putting a smile on our face during a sad day. #respect"
"Hard to find Dunkin’ like this. Stag is very good and understands what we order. Food was fresh and coffee was hot and fresh and properly made. Plus you have here self service coffee option, which is a rare. Pleasure to be here"
"I ordered a signature latte and didn’t even receive what i ordered. Completely disappointed why am being charged for something when they can’t even be competent and give me what i ordered. Please hire some experienced employees as these young kids don’t know what they’re doing and just running through the motions."
"Besides the line in the drive through. Otherwise it's probably a fine place if you like coffee. If you're more an energy drinks person, I recommend 7-11"
"Stop giving these people your hard earned money! On multiple occasions this location has messed up my orders! One time I ordered snackin’ bacon and they literally served it to me cold and raw! Another time I ordered hash browns and they were entirely burnt!! And this finally time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant toasted and a caramel iced coffee. My Iced wasn’t light enough so I asked the guy in the window to add my cream and he literally turned my entire drink white!! So at this point I go inside to speak to a manager which they told me there wasn’t one when I first entered the store! My croissant was not toasted as well so I asked the manager to toast it for me and she literally burnt it to the point it was actually black all around except for the middle. Never coming back here again just to get treated poorly, served unqualified food, and waste my money that I work for!"
