"Last night we came to red robins for our daughters birthday, something we do for everyone's birthday in our 6 person family. getting seated was fine, the restaurant itself is somewhat falling apart, broken parts of the window flashing, not cleaned properly. I went into the bathroom, it smelled awful, as if the sewers are backing up, my daughter said the same thing, and there is black mold all over the roof of the bathrooms. This bathroom has not been cleaned properly in ages, and you can tell. Then, once we got our food and drinks, were about 4 minutes into eating, my daughter sees something in her drink. It was a silverfish in her sprite, on the inside of the cup stuck to the inside. I immediately lost my appetite, and we told the waitress. the manager comes over and says he will take care of us for this. I honestly wanted to leave but my kids were hungry, they finished their meals. We go to leave, our daughters meal was not taken off for her birthday so had to wait on that, they did not sing to her, and compensation was 25 percent off. Honestly, we love red robins but we will not be coming back to this one ever again, and we come here 10 times a year on average. This place needs to be cleaned dramatically, needs new management, and if something happens like this, 25 percent does not cut it, and does not change my mind from calling health department. Until this place is closed for a week and deep cleaned and exterminated, do not eat here, for your health and safety."

"Came to Red Robin for some drinks and burgers, Destiny at the bar was fantastic !! She went above and beyond with her service. Recommended some drinks/food items to us!! She definitely knows what she is doing, everything was tasty and drinks were so delicious. Thank you Destiny we will definitely be coming back to see you soon :) happy holidays !!"

"Decent service our waitress was really nice , I have never been to a Red Robin , I don’t really choose commercial restaurants over mom and pop but decided to give them a try , burger was ok , decent menu with a variety of burgers and sides conveniently located next to the mall , would maybe go once again to give them another shot"
