"Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend to come to this dental practice. Dr. Igor is a great doctor, very personable, and very informative as well. However, recently, I had a discrepancy with my insurance, which led me needing to find another dentist, and no longer being able to come here. The problem here, is that I had already put forward $1250 towards getting a crown put into my mouth. Of course, given that I can no longer go to this practice, I had requested a refund. Only after a year, yes, an entire year, was I told that I am not able to receive the full refund because my insurance Cannot currently cover what was done a year ago. That is, even though my insurance was covering the work that had gotten done a year ago. It is not my fault that the dental practice did not charge the work done at the time with my insurance, and I should not be held responsible for the cost of the work done Given that I never actually got the crown put in my mouth. This is completely unacceptable, and upsetting as well given that prior to this I really enjoyed going to Dr. Igor‘s practice. From what it seems this was not Dr. Igor‘s decision, and was instead the owner of the practices decision, who, for whatever reason, did not take into consideration the circumstances, and instead decided to hold me liable for something that I was not responsible for. Shame on you, Dr. Sinha, this is not only wrong and unethical but unfair. $1250 is not a small amount of money, and this is not right. — Etai Shvetz"
