"I was here a year ago with my puppy, Echo. We've moved but were in town and decided to stop in. There's an amazing employee who remembered my dog. It's really nice. She's full grown now and to have someone remember her is just a great feeling. I've trusted them before with some problems that come from an adventurous puppy and teething. That was rough. But these girls and guys helped me out. Im a first time dog dad. I went to them for help every chance i got. Bottom line. These great people arent just working a job. This is their passion. Its just that simple and transparent. I also met the owners a while back. And what i got was nothing but passion from them as well. Thanks for all of your help in raising the best thing in my life."

"I have been coming to this store since I moved here about 1 year ago and every experience has been a good one.As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile and always asked if I need any help. I met the owners Andy & Denise formally for the first time this week and they are good people. They were both very personable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable. I like to shop locally owned stores when I can. And just because they are part of a chain of stores doesn’t mean they are not “locally owned”. They are both members of the community and all of their staff lives in Hillsborough!! What more local does it get. Thanks guys!"
