Chadwick Cottage Vacation Rental Home

"I’m afraid to say how magical James’ place Chadwick Cottage is for fear that it will be all booked up! We had a 4-week rental and were back and forth from NYC where we live and work as much as possible - the relaxation my husband and I felt when we were there was priceless. We had friends and some family stay with us at Chadwick Cottage and the feeling was shared by all. The house is beautiful, comfortable and so peaceful. I just left this morning and I miss it already!"

"We just had an amazing experience at Chadwick cottage in Ocean Grove. James has provided an immaculately clean, comfortable, welcoming gathering space with all the amenities you could possibly want. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook and serve Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family in the lovely dining room. We enjoyed the fireplace, the terrific sound system and all of the CDs with wonderful music selections, board games and so many extra touches. As very frequent travelers who have stayed in dozens of rental properties, we can attest to the fact that James has gone above and beyond in providing an absolutely perfect getaway destination in the heart of a charming beach community and a short stroll from the vibrancy of downtown Asbury Park. "Chadwick Cottage is a step back in time with all the modern conveniences. The well equipped kitchen and roomy dining room saw many family dinners. Bedrooms so comfy and the two porches enabled us to experience the true nature of Ocean Grove. Not to mention the easy accessibility of Asbury Park's restaurants and boardwalk. "Amazing week in Ocean Grove! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve rented for years in Ocean Grove And Chadwick cottage is by far the best. Jim has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The house is gorgeous and really feels like a beach getaway. The house is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to hit the beach, cook a fabulous meal or just relax at home. The beach is a nice walk down Mt Hermon. The location was perfect. One block to Main Street to get coffee, eat, shop and a 5 minute walk to Asbury across a bridge right onto Cookman Ave. Was a perfect week!! We’ll be back!"

"You can tell every detail of this restored Victorian was thoughtfully considered and expertly executed, and not to the point of fussiness. The result's a house that feels welcoming and relaxing. The beach and the restaurants of downtown Ocean Grove are just a few blocks away, and Asbury Park is an easy walk. The well-equipped kitchen may tempt you to cook while you're on vacation, though. (I've posted this review on several sites—Chadwick Cottage is worth it.)"
