"Exceptional customer service and lots of products in stock. Danielle in particular was extremely helpful, made suggestions and recommendations based on the needs for both a 21st birthday and NYE. Balloons were filled quickly and with a special chemical to keep them inflated longer. 40 hours later my latex balloons are still well inflated. Will never go to another party city again. This one is by far the best."
"The 1 star ratings for this particular location are on point and consistent and some are dated a few months back. Surprisingly nothing has changed. Managing their time and customers/customer service is extremely lacking. This is my 3rd visit to the store and it has been the same. If there are customers at the register and you are stocking a shelf attend to the customer instead of completing the cart of items to stock or before completing a full bouquet of balloons...pause and attend to the customer. Then acknowledge the customer, "thank you for waiting" something. But nothing."
