"A group of 5 of us took the Christmas trip from NJ to Florida, while the package stated universal studios, disney, and/or sea world only universal was offered and suggested. The hotel by Universal the Rosen Inn on International Drive was filthy. I couldn’t believe the hotel that they (grand union tours) brought us. There were roaches, spiders, and other insects… this place was horrible. The tour guide offered to move us to the second floor but what’s the difference it’s the whole hotel is infested. I have traveled with this company before and unfortunately this will be my last."
"They stopped at a closed rest stop, and it was raining, we asked them to shut the air conditioning off cause we were all cold, jose the driver was very nasty and when it got hot again he almost refused to put the ac back on."

"horrible tour, rip off, they charge extra for excursions that include entrance fees, most of the places have no entrance fees or are way cheaper than what the tour charges. I went on a trip to Canada we stayed at subpar motels near airports. I would compare the hotels to hourly motels. 1/2 star. bus was old and bathroom not working. not worth the money. 2 day trip was $400"
