Dr. Lawrence J. Fox DMD

"I just got new dental insurance this year and decided to visit Dr. Fox for the first time. I was very impressed with how clean the place was; my previous dental office wouldn't do the cleaning unless I purchase the deep cleaning; I guess they wanted to upsell for profit. What I liked about this place is that everyone is courteous and honest; I only wish I found them sooner, I'll highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I just had a filling repaired that that my previous Dentist wouldn't do because he did it and didn't want to repair his his mistake. Dr Fox did a great job and I feel that he is very knowledgeable. I'm not sure about the previous review about the insurance situation, but on my previous bills the insurance company only pays for half the bill up to a thousand dollars; I usually wait for the dentist bill after the insurance pays their part. My wife and I will continue to use Dr Fox for dental work and advice."

"Dr. Fox answered the phone when I called to schedule my first time appointment. After making the appointment he suggested I find another doctor because he cannot figure out to bill my insurance or refer me to a specialist if needed. My issue is that he was condescending. If he is condescending in a first time phone call, my trust plummeted to allow him to work on my teeth."
