"The chain is fine but this location is awful. They never have anything in stock. Entire shelves are empty. They didn't have any shoes in my daughter's size. I can understand during back to school but this was a random slow time of year. There were 3-4 people working and no customers so it's not that they were short employees or anything. It's great that they can order the size for you but that's not helpful if you need them right now. Every single time I go there they have to order the shoes for me."

"I usually don’t comment in terms of service but the acting managerial person, Jose (I think) is the most unhelpful, rude, discriminatory and incompetent customer service worker I’ve ever encountered, in person and online combined. I will absolutely never support this location again and as a former corporate employee of Famous Footwear, for four years, I will gladly encourage others to avoid this location. He was exceptionally rude to me without basis, while being kind to the customers behind me. I did not even ask for help, I just said hello and asked if there are potentially any flip-flops as I know the season has ended and it can be hard to find. He answered me so rudely. I only came to this location because it is nearest to my home, not because I wanted to voluntarily. Even when checking out, he was rude. Immediately, he spoke to the person behind me in such a graceful and helpful way. I will never go back here and I encourage others to be kind to all customers."

"Today I visited the Aberdeen NJ store on RT 34. Let me tell you the turn around is great. I am please to see the store today look so fabulous!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I also loved the flow of how the shoes was displayed. I however wish you sold more WC boots. I did however appreciate that the store manager took the time to help me try to locate the boot/style/color in a WC. It was about 15 mins to closing and he did not make me feel rushed or if I was taking him from closing up. I give this store/location 5 STARS!!!"
