Our expansive 30,000 square foot facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including a state-of-the-art pool, private gym, luxurious locker rooms, and serene saunas. We pride ourselves on being a nationally-recognized center for holistic healing and integrative health.

Please note that we are currently undergoing major renovations to enhance our plumbing and drainage systems. During this period, all first-floor amenities, including the pool, gym, saunas, tubs, locker rooms, and Taorobics group classes, will be temporarily unavailable. To compensate for this inconvenience, we are extending all CGI memberships by one month. Rest assured, all other services will remain available from August 12th onwards, with access provided via a pathway from the main entrance to the second floor.

CGI is a national leader in K-Wellness, offering Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi classes both in-studio and online. Our spacious second-floor BNB Center hosts classes six days a week, with unlimited access to over 20 live-streamed online classes daily.

For corporate clients, our tailored wellness services are perfect for conventions, conferences, and workplaces, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary neuroscience and education insights.

Our heated 25-yard pool is unparalleled in Northern Bergen County for its cleanliness and comfort, featuring a double pump natural element water ionizer. We offer private and semi-private swimming lessons for adults and children over five, along with group aquacize classes.

Our luxurious locker rooms feature authentic Korean and European saunas, tubs, and therapy rooms. Enjoy the Himalayan Pink Salt Sauna and Herbal Therapy Soak Tub for women, and the Oxygen Therapy Room for men.

Our Taorobics Studio offers diverse group exercise classes, including Pilates, Yoga Flow, Hatha Yoga, Core Power & Flex, and more, with instructors tailoring each class to the participants.

Our private gym provides a non-intimidating environment for mindful exercise, with personal training and health coaching available.
