"When there with my wife to get some help on Christmas Eve, google tells me they close at 5pm when I arrived there was I letter at the door saying they’ll will close at 3pm, I got there at 2pm. After walking in they told me to go to the kiosk to sign up and pay the copay, right after paying they asked me to go outside to speak to me and say that they would not be able to help us, I was there with my wife and kids, and the charge would be dismissed. The charges to my card did not get dismissed my wife did not get the service and now I trying to call to resolve and they don’t want to send back the charge to my card. Terrible not going back there."

"The nurses/doctors and assistance are always great. I see now they have Kiosk machines removing the customer service experience to me. The lady at desk is very friendly and personable. Because I didn't know of this new Kiosk thing 3 people that obviously knew went ahead of me. I do not recommend ever calling them to simply ask a question. They will say you're 1st in line then someone picks up phone and disconnect call. Call back this time they just disconnect sooner. Quicker to drive there and ask questions in person. Customer service is slowly declining all over. I loved SMG because of their great customer service but I see they are joining the rest of the world. Overall I'm still pleased with the care provided."

"This used to be a more personal medical urgent care when it was SMG. Now that City Med has taken over it's a do it yourself scanner at the grocery store. You're no longer greeted by helpful receptionists. Now there were 2 ladies sitting at the computers, formerly check in, who direct you by pointing to the 2 scan yourself in kiosks against the wall.. reading glasses cone out, driver license out, put it in tray, take photo, "use photo" then flip it & do same w back, .... took me about 5 minutes at least ( remember, I don't work there- I'm the patient, to read all prompts & do it, even though I'm an established patient at this group . Then I got hot to retrieve my license from " the tray" behind the machine. I'm betting I'm not the first. After you finish checking yourself in you're allowed to go to one of the ladies sitting there watching you. There's where you get a paper bracelet, then are told to wait. Please bring back patient service , esp for people in extreme pain , or severe medical conditions, who have a hard time doing it themselves . Also, don't even think about trying to call that urgent care phone # because I was #1, "next in line" for 32 minutes before I gave up & hung up. Once I got into the back the tech was very nice , as was the doctor. The patient service and front of house really, really lacking now. I hope they rethink this idea of "do it yourself" because when you don't feel well, the last thing you want to do is stand at a computer and do someone's job."

"I went to urgent care today at the recommendation of a nurse at my primary care's office (I made an appt online for PCP that is 3 days aways, and nurse called me to say that I should really see a doctor asap based on the symptoms I put on my online appt info). I chose to go to this urgent care because it was in my network and a very short distance from home. From the moment I was being checked-in to the moment I was discharged, EVERY single staff member that I interacted with was very courteous, professional, and took time to listen to me and ask me questions. I never felt like I was being rushed, and they always apologized if they felt the next steps were taking too long. Each one took time to explain what they were doing. I interacted with: check-in staff, 3 nurses, the doctor, the ct scan technician, and the x-ray technician. Everyone of them greeted me with a smile and a version of asking me how I was doing or how my day was. Each one confirmed who I was and my birthdate and why I was there. I loved how the intake nurse took her hands off the computer keys and looked at me directly every time I spoke, even when she hadn't asked a question. I have decent insurance, so hopefully most of this is covered, but I came into this knowing what to expect in terms of the tests (the nurse from PCP gave me an idea of what tests an urgent care would perform based on the symptoms I had given her and those were the exact tests that they did). I was there for almost 4 hours, but I did have multiple tests run on me, so I'm not complaining. Overall, super satisfied with this location and service."
