"Half counts you on meat. Says there’s no large chips but there’s a ton of regular sizes even tho it’s a bag with more chips in it. Chips you do get are crushed to dust. Store is filthy with garbages overflowing. Won’t visit again. There is a better chipotle 10 mins away in redbank."
"Such a negative experience. Ordered food and the server was rude and dismissive. Then tried to find a clean area to sit down—we gave up and wiped a small area so we could eat. No one is cleaning up after diners are done eating. Used the ladies restroom and there was no soap or toilet paper. Exactly how are the employees washing hands before prepping or serving food? Beans in my meal were actually hard—not cooked enough. Overall, service and food very disappointing and we will not be back."
"Trash they have nothing always missing stuff. How do you have No Guac No Burritos No Quesadillas No white Rice No Corn pretty much everything is out…..then when I ask if they have I get attitude from an employee. Gross."
"Service is dreadful and attitude of the workers is embarrassing. 2 Times this service has sucked. What’s more disturbing is the workers there they shrug their shoulders when you ask them for plain white rice or something simple, and basically have the attitude it is what it is. We have an allergy for cilantro and shrug shoulders! Never will I return to this location and I encourage others to also do the same! Embarrassing as a corporation to run in this way!"
"Ordered extra chicken in my bowl three times this week through Uber. First two times there was no extra chicken, and todays third time there was a few pieces. Scam. Done ordering from this place. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Last time I stopped in to order at the location, all tables were disgusting, garbages were overflowing, napkins and utensils not stocked…Qdoba has my money going forward. EDIT: thought it couldn’t get worse. I just went back to show my order and get a new one. I get back home to eat and see there’s a sticker in the guac. Unbelievable…I added the sticker picture to this review."
