"Dr Rosenbluth is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is patient and kind which are traits unfortunately lost by many doctors these days. I met him when I was a patient in the hospital and continued to see him after for my follow ups. Even when I had an issue with insurance and getting my medicine Dr Rosenbluth made sure that I got it that day. He had his staff work on my issue and personally followed up to make sure it was done by the end of the day. Speaking from experience other doctors would have past it off to staff and I may not of received my medicine that day. As far as the office I would give them 3 stars. When you call you get a service and not the front desk staff of the office. These people don’t know what’s going on and it’s often hard to make an appointment after leaving the office. It’s also hard to call and leave a message to speak to any doctor in the practice. So I make appointments or any arrangements before I leave the office on the day of my appointment. Dealing with the service after is highly frustrating. There are several doctors in this practice. So the on call doctor if you need something and I am also speaking from experience in this practice would not look up my account or listen to what I was telling him Dr Rosenbluth told me to do and basically told me I had to wait. It was a wasted call. If Dr Rosenbluth wasn’t such a great Dr I would go to another practice but he’s worth just making sure before I leave the office whatever test or appointment I need next is set up so I avoid dealing with the service that answers all phone calls. Hope this review helps someone looking for a great Dr and how to navigate the office politics they have set up."
