Our team of specialized clinicians, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), and speech-language pathologists (SLPs), provide approximately one-hour home visits. These visits continue until your recovery goals are achieved, with the support of medical social workers and home health aides as needed.
