"I been coming to doctor good gold for many year I came here on 12/28/2023 and I had a very bad experience I had a appointment for 2pm I forgot about the appointment and went to work when I remember that I had the appointment I left work and went for the appointment I got there at 12pm and ask them is there a way that they can take me in sooner because I forgot and went to work the lady told me yes they can take me in sooner I was seating in the waiting room for 2 hours and 15 min all the people that came in after me went in and left and I was still in the waiting room waiting. I went and ask the lady did you guys forgot about me I been here waiting with an appointment for over 2 hours the appointment was made 3 months ago by my primary doctor doctors good gold. The lady told me they are waiting for a room to open up how many rooms opened up in the past 2 hours that I been waiting here. Come on man that’s not right I’m here with an appointment made by the doctor and you guys do me like this?? Doctor good gold has been my priority doctor for over 10 years and you guys treat me like this. I ended up telling her to cancel the appointment at 2:30pm and ran out of there and went back to work. My job is 45 minutes away from here It might be time for me to look for another primary doctor that have better staff working the front desk. This is not the first time that I came here and they forgot about me and had me waiting for hours with a appointment."

"This place has ruined my life. I waited more than 40 mins for my annual body check appointment and the staff was very disrespectful. But the nightmare really started after I get my test result. I was harassed for almost a year with the LabCorp collection bill. The annual body check was fully covered by my health insurance and I made clear this is what I went in for. But I was charged money for the lab work. I have been communicating with their billing department and they assured me they would resolve the issue. Guess what I am still being harassed by collection calls and letters until today and it's been a year. I refuse to pay for their mistake and I advise you to avoid this place at all costs. They made my life miserable and they will do the same to you."

"Clean friendly atmosphere. We were greeted upon entering. Christine was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to educate us. She took ample time to answer all of our questions and walked us through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Christine to any future patients."
