"I have been coming to this facility for many years. I used to love it. The staff are nice. They treat you with respect and they're organized. The place is clean but lately the wait is too long. During the pandemic I understood because everyone was scared to be exposed. During 2021 I waited almost 2hrs because they didn't have enough staff and one of the machines was out of service. I let that go too, because sometimes those things happen. This year, I arrived before 2:30pm, my appt at 2:40pm. I checked in and went to the 1st waiting room. It was packed, no place to sit. I waited there 1 hr then I was called inside and waited more than 45 minutes.I left at 4:40pm. I waited exactly 2 hrs when in the past, I was out in 30 minutes. Their excuse, one of the machine was out of service. If they know they don't have all the equipment, they should it schedule so many people. My Tech was a really nice person but not the most experienced Tech at all. I left with neck pain because she kept moving my positions. First time, it was a struggle to have a mammogram done. They used to call you the same day or next day with the results then you'll receive a letter. They don't call anymore. I live far, I don't know if it's worth to go that far for a mammogram."

"The wait in reception was short, registration was quick and easy. The technician was polite and helpful. It would be nice to have a refreshment while waiting.. I was done in 45 minutes!"

"Today I have metastatic cells in my lymph node. It means I got cancer… The lymph node in my armpit was swollen a year ago. Dr. Sunita Sunkavalli convinced me that I don’t need farther diagnostics, just another visit for mammography in a year. I lost one year (!!!) and now it might be too late… I didn’t not see any empathy in her eyes. I will never go there anymore."
