It's important for me to acknowledge that the procedure itself was conducted proficiently, and I am quite satisfied with the outcome of the root canal. However, my experience was marred by an aspect that I find equally crucial in a healthcare setting - professional communication. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel's communication behavior, particularly regarding the referral of my wife to his practice, was not up to the standard I expected. The lack of professional decorum in his communication was disappointing and detracted significantly from the overall positive aspects of the clinical experience. As a patient, I believe that both the quality of medical treatment and the manner of interaction with healthcare professionals are vital to a satisfactory healthcare experience. In this instance, while the technical aspect of dental care was impressive, the shortfall in professional communication was a notable downside. I hope this feedback serves as constructive for Dr. Patel and the Clinton Center Dental team, as there is always room for improvement in all facets of patient care."
