"I have used Princeton Radiology for many years to do my mammograms and ultrasounds. I was there this time for a Dexa scan. I normally come in first thing in the morning for my appointments but this appointment was scheduled for the afternoon. BAD MISTAKE! The front desk was a mess! Everyone was up there talking and laughing with no regard for those coming in for their appointments. The asian woman checking me in was talking over me, not listening and rude! The only person who I can say was a professional was Amanda, who performed the Dexa scan. She was wonderful! Very professional but caring. I get that it was a Friday afternoon and everyone was probably ready for the day to end but I will never come there in the afternoons again if that is what I'm going to see! I will stick with my morning appointments where I am treated with kindness and respect by the morning staff."
"Completing the necessary paperwork was easy. Staff at the reception were very patient and nice. The wait time was minimal. They kept to the scheduled appointment time. The technician was professional and explained every process. The environment was comfortable and room temperature conducive. Overall, a very good experience."
"From the moment I was greeted at the door I was met with respect. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful or patient The young man who brought me in was kind and cheerful. The technicians went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They explained everything as we progressed.. I had to travel a distance to get this specialty procedure but it was well worth the inconvenience. Can't praise the staff enough. Thank you to all for making a scary situation bearable."
