"I hate to give three stars because Dr. Levine is excellent and very caring. But like the patients the desk staff are horrible, I called and asked for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy on a thursday,, they told me they did it went there on a Saturday to pick it up never sent had to wait all weekend without my meds. they have to do better."
"Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars.. I’ve been seeing dr Levine for 9yrs and he’s been a great doctor, Very kind and caring.. But unfortunately his front desk staff make it impossible for me. They have absolutely no respect for their patients."
"I loved the care provided by Dr. Levine over the past two years. He is an amazing doctor, but unfortunately, I had recurring problems with his office staff whenever they needed to send refills to the pharmacy. They repeatedly told me that my refills were available when they weren't, resulting in my husband and me missing A LOT of work time on two separate occasions due to calls to the office and pharmacy visits. Sadly, the time required to chase down refills because office staff kept giving me the wrong information became unsustainable, forcing me to prioritize my care and switch providers. However, as I mentioned, he is a great doctor and I would still recommend him to anyone!"
"Went to see Dr. Levine for the first time as a new patient a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with his bedside manner. Maybe it’s because I’m an interesting case because I have a disease that’s quite rare, but he was very attentive as I explained all my health issues. He prescribed the medication I needed and referred me to the specialists I needed as well. I deducted a star due to the off-putting social nature of the staff."
