"The above positive reviews have to be fake. Neil and his wife might be 2 of the most obnoxious rude business owners I have had the misfortune to meet. There were so many incidents of miscommunication and discrepancies during my short window of being a member, but this recent one had to be posted about. I had a prepaid massage left, they told me I could still redeem it until he overheard my name and said no. But he would allow me to buy a few more if i wanted. NO THANKS, BOTTOM LINE.....HE SUCKS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO PATRONIZE HIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON. Call Slyvia Puzo in Little Falls, a real professional."
"Slightly disappointed of my massage. First off, the place was super clean and smelled great. I was greeted by Jill who was wonderful. When I met my masseuse, I explained I have been experiencing upper back and sciatic pain in my glute area. I booked for a 90 minute massage. She massaged the front of my body, which I did not mind but when I turned over for the back and asked her how much time she said about 20 minutes. It was definitely frustrating after communicating the areas I wanted to focus on most. And the problem areas didn’t get the attention they needed, which was the point of the massage in the first place. I also requested for deep massage, level 3, and it was more on the relaxing end, and even kept asking her to place more pressure. Gave it 3/5 because Jill was really the sweetest and at the end of the day, it’s a luxury. But if you’re looking to have something done more specific, maybe best to ask them what masseuse would be best."
